Returns

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility:

    • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized furniture

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

    • Furniture showing signs of use, damage, or alteration


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please contact our team. Additional charges may apply based on the product selection.


Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

  • Delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Report it within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the damage via WhatsApp or email.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
