Standard Furniture Warranty
Coverage Duration:
1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase
What’s Covered:
Structural integrity (frames, joints, bases)
Workmanship issues
Factory-installed hardware or components
What’s Not Covered:
Damage due to misuse, improper care, or accidents
Wear and tear, fabric fading, or discoloration
Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel
Water, heat, or pest-related damage
Cool Tech Warranty (if applicable)
Furniture with tech features (like USB ports, LED lighting, recliners, etc.) is covered under our Cool Tech Warranty — valid for 1 year.

How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:

Provide your proof of purchase and a clear description (with photos or video) of the issue.
Our service team will evaluate and assist with repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
