We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. To ensure your peace of mind, Aziz Interiorss offers a warranty that covers manufacturing defects and functionality issues across eligible products.


Standard Furniture Warranty

Coverage Duration:
1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase

What’s Covered:

  • Structural integrity (frames, joints, bases)

  • Workmanship issues

  • Factory-installed hardware or components

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper care, or accidents

  • Wear and tear, fabric fading, or discoloration

  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel

  • Water, heat, or pest-related damage


Cool Tech Warranty (if applicable)

Furniture with tech features (like USB ports, LED lighting, recliners, etc.) is covered under our Cool Tech Warranty — valid for 1 year.

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within the warranty period.

  2. Provide your proof of purchase and a clear description (with photos or video) of the issue.

  3. Our service team will evaluate and assist with repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.


Important Notes

  • Warranty applies to original purchasers only.

  • Warranty does not cover transportation or delivery charges related to repairs or replacements unless specified.

  • Custom or clearance items may be subject to different warranty terms.
